The Dewalt DCG405FN is part of the 18V XR (Extreme Runtime) range which provides cordless power tools with enhanced runtime, fitted with a Brushless motor for increased tool efficiency. 
18V Brushless Motor produces a max 9000rpm no load speed, Electronic Brake quickly stops the wheel in less than 2 seconds when the trigger is released.
Flat head for access to acute angles and has an excellent cutting depth.
